Learning to Love Autism

Coaching Support for Mums with Jo Long

Disclaimer

I’m committed to sharing insight and practical tips to support Mums and families of autistic children, those with ADHD and sensory processing challenges to make life a little bit easier.

The suggestions and tips that I share are simply things that have worked for Bookasaurus or have been recommended by professionals that I’ve worked with. Since every child is different, these suggestions may need to be adapted to see what works best for your child.  If something isn’t working please contact me (details below) and we may be able to come up with an alternative approach or speak to your health professional.

The suggestions provided on this website are for information and sharing purposes only. They should not be treated as professional medical advice or a substitute for diagnosis/treatment, so please speak to your Paediatrician or health professional for help.

The comments that I have shared are written based on the best available information that I had at the time of writing, which I believed to be accurate.  Jo Long, Learning to Love Autism, is therefore not liable for any errors or omissions in my content.

Please feel welcome to get in touch through my Comments section, e-mail me at jo@learningtoloveautism.com or drop me a line using the form on my Contact page.

It’s not easy being parents of children with extra challenges but together we can ‘Learn to Love Autism’ and support our children and ourselves so that we all thrive together.
